Refunds & Returns

  • We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • If buyer decided to return, buyer will be charged for ALL delivery and shipping charges (delivery, shipping charges to and from our facility). For massage chair brands, we offer an exchange of a new unit if deemed unrepairable or defective by our service team to the point a replacement is needed. For Massage Chairs only after 30 days, all of our chair manufacturers offer warranty service. 
  • To start a return, you can contact us at 1-888-848-2630. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your unit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Gaming Chair Refund & Return Policy

  • We know you’ll love your new gaming chair, as such Osaki confidently provides an industry-leading 60-day refund and return policy on all of its Gaming Chairs. Your window of return begins the day your chair is delivered, as stated by the delivering courier’s records.
  • If you are not satisfied with your product you may request an RMA from our support team at 1-888-848-2630 anytime Monday-Friday between 9:30am-6:30pm CST. If your chair is deemed eligible you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  • Please have your original receipt of purchase available when contacting our support team, items cannot and will not be deemed acceptable without proof of purchase.
  • When requesting a refund, you will be solely responsible for both the outgoing and incoming shipping costs of your chair. Returned items must be in their original packaging and fully disassembled.
  • After the 60-day refund period, your chair will only be covered by Osaki’s standard 3-year warranty.
